  • The project should always seek the human and social development of its participants.
  • All employees and their families should have access to clean water, safe food and clean toilets and easy access.
  • It should be ensured the right of workers commuting and conditions transport within the farm must be safe and appropriate.
  • The wages paid, including seasonal employees, must be at least equal to the average regional, calculated by agreement between the contractor and contractors.
